2004~2019年泉州市乙肝流行病学特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B,Quanzhou city,2004-2019

目的了解泉州市乙型病毒性肝炎的流行病学特征,为制定乙肝防控策略提供科学依据。方法对泉州市2004~2019年乙肝流行病学资料进行描述性统计分析。结果泉州市2004~2019年累计报告158 743例乙肝病例,年均发病率为122.73/10万,死亡32例,年均死亡率为0.025/10万,15岁以下乙肝报告年均发病率逐渐下降。年均发病率前3位的地区为泉港区、丰泽区、惠安县,年均发病率分别为210.30/10万、141.47/10万、137.52/10万,沿海发病高于山区(P<0.01);男性发病高于女性(P<0.01),男女发病之比为2.54∶1;病例主要集中在20~44岁(62.41%),以农民、工人、家政和待业人员为主(65.80%)。结论泉州市2004~2019年乙肝发病率总体呈下降趋势。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B in Quanzhou city, so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of hepatitis B prevention and control strategies. Methods A descriptive statistical analysis was made on the epidemiological data of hepatitis b in quanzhou during 2004-2019. Results A total of 158 743 cases with hepatitis B were reported during 2004-2019 in Quanzhou city.The average annual morbidity was 122.73/105,there were 32 deaths, with the average annual mortality of 0.025/105.The average annual incidenceof hepatitis B of those under 15 years old was gradually decreasing.The top 3 regions with annual average incidence were Quangang district, Fengze district, and Huian county, the average annual incidence was 210.30/105,141.47/105,and 137.52/105 respectively.The incidence in coastal areas was higher than that in mountainous areas(P<0.01).The incidence of disease in men was higher than that in women(P<0.01),and the ratio of male to female was 2.54∶1.Cases were mainly aged 20-44 years old(62.41%),and concentrated in farmers, workers, housekeepers and unemployed people(65.80%). Conclusion The overall trend of hepatitis B incidence in Quanzhou city is declining.
