摘要
目的了解医学专科生对艾滋病相关知识的认知度,提出校园干预策略,降低校园艾滋病传播的风险。方法 2019年6、12月对某高职医学院校在校生进行网络匿名问卷调查,共获取有效问卷5 871份,计数资料的统计描述采用率或构成比表示,统计分析应用χ2检验。结果某高职医学院校学生对艾滋病的知晓率为50.21%,74.11%的学生不清楚与HIV感染者的一般性日常生活接触不会传染艾滋病,仅有22.33%的学生非常清楚艾滋病检测这个医学项目,19.09%的学生不清楚黄金72 h内药物阻断率可达95%以上,且2019级与2018级学生相比,其对于艾滋病的知晓率、以及对艾滋病传播途径、检测知识、阻断药物和母婴阻断技术的认知,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论某高职医学院校在校生对艾滋病的知晓率、以及艾滋病传播途径和预防知识的认知欠缺。
Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS related knowledge among junior medical college students, put forward campus intervention strategies, and reduce the risk of HIV transmission on campus. Methods A total of 5 871 valid questionnaires were obtained from the online anonymous questionnaire survey of students in a vocational medical college in June and December 2019.The statistical description of the counting data was expressed by the rate or constituent ratio, and the statistical analysis was performed by χ2 test. Results The awareness rate of AIDS among students in a vocational medical college was 50.21%,74.11% of students were not clear that AIDS would not be infected in the general daily life contact with HIV infected people.Only 22.33% of students were very aware of the medical project of AIDS detection.19.09% of students were not aware that the drug blocking rate can reach 95% in 72 hours of gold, and compared with 2018 students, 2019 students had no idea that the drug blocking rate reached 95% in 72 hours of gold, and compared with 2018 students, 2019 students had no knowledge of HIV infection, the awareness rate of AIDS,as well as the knowledge of transmission, detection knowledge, blocking drugs and mother to child blocking technology were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS and the knowledge of AIDS transmission and prevention among the students in a higher vocational medical college are insufficient.
