摘要
ART显著改善艾滋病的治疗现状,使艾滋病逐渐成为一种慢性可控性疾病,但同时艾滋病相关研究也陷入了瓶颈阶段,有相当部分患者出现免疫重建不全却不能有效解决。目前对艾滋病免疫重建不全的原因和机制尚不明晰,近年来越来越多中医药干预改善艾滋病机体免疫功能,促进ART后的机体免疫重建,为艾滋病免疫重建不全的治疗提供了新思路。
Antiretroviral therapy significantly improves the treatment status of AIDS,making AIDS gradually become a chronic controllable disease,but at the same time,AIDS-related research has also fallen into a bottleneck stage.A considerable number of patients with incomplete immune reconstruction still can not be effectively helped.At present,the cause and mechanism of incomplete immune reconstruction of AIDS are not clear.In recent years,more traditional Chinese medicine has intervened to improve the immune function of AIDS and promote immune reconstruction after antiretroviral treatment.It sheds light and new ideas for the treatment of incomplete immune reconstruction of AIDS.
