基于全球价值链视角下的我国医药产业发展水平测度

Measurement of China's pharmaceutical industry development level from the perspective of global value chain

本文旨在利用真实世界的数据将我国医药产业置于全球价值链中观察,客观评价我国当前的医药产业发展水平,定位我国医药产业的国际地位,为促进我国医药产业发展、提升国际地位提供建议。采用价值增值理论的最新测算方法KPWW方法,以全球价值链参与度和全球价值链地位指数为主要测算对象。测算结果以2005—2015年为时间跨度,测算得到包括我国在内的6个国家和地区的化学与医药产业的全球价值链参与度指数和全球价值链地位指数。当前我国医药产业上游化程度偏高,出口结构不合理;全球价值链依赖程度高,全球价值链地位偏低,产业自主性偏低。

The aim of the article was to observe China's pharmaceutical industry in the global value chain,using real-world data,objectively evaluate the current development level of China's pharmaceutical industry and position its international status,and provide suggestions for promoting the development of China's pharmaceutical industry and enhancing its international status.KPWW was used as the main research method,which is the latest measurement method of value-added theory.GVC_participation and GVC_position for several countries and regions were measured.The estimated results took the period from 2005 to 2015 as the time span.The results included GVC_participation and GVC_position of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries in six countries and regions,including China.At present,the upstream degree of China's pharmaceutical industry is high.And its export structure is unreasonable.It has a high degree of dependence on global value chain,a low status in global value chain and a low degree of industrial autonomy.
