四川白鹅繁殖性能与生长性能各指标间相关性分析

Correlation analysis between reproductive performance and growth performance of Sichuan white goose

为了研究四川白鹅繁殖性能、生长性能各指标之间的相关关系,试验以200只26周龄同批次的健康四川白鹅母鹅为对象,测定其繁殖性能[开产体重、开产蛋重、开产日龄、蛋重(44周龄)、产蛋数]及成年体重、体尺指标(半潜水长、体斜长、颈长、胸宽、髋骨宽、龙骨长、胫长、胫围)并分析其相关性。结果表明:四川白鹅8个与繁殖性能相关的指标中,开产日龄与开产蛋重、蛋重与开产蛋重、成年体重与开产体重、48周产蛋数与开产体重、48周产蛋数与64周产蛋数均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),开产日龄与开产体重、48周产蛋数与开产蛋重、48周产蛋数与开产日龄、64周产蛋数与开产蛋重均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),开产体重与蛋重(44周龄)、成年体重与蛋重(44周龄)均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),开产日龄与64周产蛋数呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。所测体尺指标与48周产蛋数、64周产蛋数相关性均不显著(P>0.05)。对成年体重与8个体尺性状指标分析发现,成年体重与半潜水长、体斜长、胸宽、胫围均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与髋骨宽呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与胫长呈显著正相关(P<0.05);大部分体尺性状之间都呈极显著或显著相关关系(P<0.01或P<0.05)。说明可以利用性状间的相关性对四川白鹅进行间接选择和早期选择。

In order to study the correlation between reproductive performance and growth performance of Sichuan white goose,200 healthy female geese aged 26 weeks with the same batch were selected as experimental objects,the reproductive performance[body weight at first egg,egg weight at first egg,age at first egg,egg weigth(44 weeks of age)and egg production],adult body weight and body measurements(half-diving depth,body slope length,neck length,breast width,pelvis width,fossil bone length,shank length and shank circumference)were determined,their correlation were analyzed.The results showed there were extremely significant positive correlation between age at first age and body weight at first egg,egg weight and egg weight at first egg,adult weight and body weight at first egg,48 weeks old egg production and body weight at first egg,48 weeks old egg production and 64 weeks old egg production among the 8 indexes related to reproductive performance(P<0.01),there were extremely significant negative correlation between age at first age and body weight at first egg,48 weeks old egg production and egg weight at first egg,48 weeks old egg production and age at first egg,64 weeks old egg production and age at first egg(P<0.01),there were significant positive correlation between body weight at first egg and egg weight(44 weeks of age),adult body weight and egg weight(44 weeks of age,P<0.05),while significant negative correlation between age at first egg and 64 weeks old egg production(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between body measurements and 48,64 weeks old egg production(P>0.05).There were extremely significant positive correlation between adult body weight and half-diving depth,body slope length,breast width,shank circumference(P<0.01),while extremely significant negative correlation between adult body weight and pelvis width(P<0.01),and significant positive correlation between adult body weight and shank length(P<0.05).There were extremely significant correlation or significant correlation between most of body measurements(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The results indicated that indirect selection and early selection of Sichuan white goose could be carried out by using the correlation between traits.
