新时期地质灾害隐患点在线专业监测模式构建 被引量:2

摘要 地质灾害隐患点在强降雨作用下极易诱发灾害,严重威胁人民群众的生命财产安全。如今极端天气时有发生,加之城镇化建设强度较大,导致了局部生态平衡被打破、环境恶化、地下水枯竭等诸多问题。在线专业监测可以弥补群测群防工作存在的不足,通过分析在线专业监测实施过程中存在和需要解决的问题,构建了新时期地质灾害隐患点在线专业监测模式,提出了规范化、科学化、体系化的专业监测方式,可有效指导地质灾害防治工作。 Under the action of heavy rainfall,disasters are likely to be brought out at the hidden spots with geolo-gical hazard,which seriously threaten the safety of human life and property.Nowadays extreme weather happens time to time,intensive urban construction is continued,as a result,local ecological balance is being damaged,environment is being polluted,groundwater is being depleted,etc.However,online professional monitoring can offset the deficiency in mass prevention and monitoring.All problems arising from execution of online professional monitoring and those to be solved were studied and the mode for online professional monitoring on hidden spots with geological hazard in new area was constructed,in which a standardized,scientific and systematic professional monitoring system was presented,which is provided as a guideline to the effective prevention and control of geological disasters.
