摘要
基于傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)监测燃煤电厂烟气处理流程中的SO_(3)与H_(2)SO_(4)。结果表明,布袋除尘进口、出口和烟囱出口的SO_(3)与H_(2)SO_(4)之和(SO_(3)+H_(2)SO_(4))分别为(29.33±2.30)mg/m^(3)、(25.15±1.63)mg/m^(3)和(12.13±1.26)mg/m^(3);布袋除尘与湿法脱硫对SO_(3)+H_(2)SO_(4)的去除率分别为14.11%与48.38%;控制冷凝法(国标法)测得布袋除尘出口SO_(3)+H_(2)SO_(4)为23.41 mg/m^(3),与FTIR测定结果基本一致。
Sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid(SO_(3)and H_(2)SO_(4))in flue gas from coal-fired power plants were measured via Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed the sum of SO_(3)and H_(2)SO_(4)(SO_(3)+H_(2)SO_(4))in the inlet and outlet of bag filter,chimney outlet were(29.33±2.30)mg/m^(3)、(25.15±1.63)mg/m^(3)and(12.13±1.26)mg/m^(3),respectively.The removal rates of SO_(3)+H_(2)SO_(4)by bag filter and by wet desulphurization were 14.11%and 48.38%,respectively.The concentration of SO_(3)+H_(2)SO_(4)at the outlet of bag filter was 23.41 mg/m^(3)by controlled condensation method,which was consistent with the result via FTIR.
