摘要
[目的]探讨3D打印定位钉导板在全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)中的临床应用效果。[方法]将50例在本科行单侧初次TKA的患者,随机分为两组,25例为3D打印定位钉导板辅助行全膝关节置换组(3D打印组),25例为常规全膝关节置换组(常规组)。比较两组围手术期、随访与影像资料。[结果]两组均顺利完成手术,术中无神经、血管损伤等严重并发症,3D打印组的手术时间明显少于常规组(P<0.05)。患者均获得13个月以上随访,末次随访时患者满意率,3D打印组为88.00%,常规组为60.00%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影像方面,3D打印组术后HKA偏差值、FFC偏差值、FTC偏差值、LTC偏差值均小于常规组(P<0.05)。[结论]3D打印定位钉导板辅助行全膝关节置换安全快捷。
[Objective]To explore the clinical outcomes of 3D printed guider used in total knee arthroplasty(TKA).[Methods]Fifty patients who were undergoing unilateral TKA in our department were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 patients in each group.Of them,the patients in the 3D printed group had TKA performed with assistance of the guider,while those in the conventional group received TKA by routine technique.The two groups were compared regarding documents of perioperative period,follow-up and radiographs.[Results]Patients in both groups had operation completed successfully,without serious complications such as nerve and blood vessel damage during the operation.The 3D printed group consumed significantly shorter operation time than the conventional group(P<0.05).The patients were followed up for more than 13 months.At the last follow-up,the patient satisfaction rate was of 88.00%in the 3D printed group,whereas 60.00%in the conventional group,which was statistically significant between two group(P<0.05).In terms of imaging evaluation,the 3D printed group proved significantly superior to the conventional group regarding to the deviation values between that really measured and the ideal value in hip-knee-ankle angle(HKA),frontal femoral component angle(FFC),frontal tibial component angle(FTC),lateral tibia component angle(LTC)(P<0.05).[Conclusion]3D printed guider used in total knee arthroplasty is safe and quick.
