Dear Editor,I am Huan Chen from the Department of Ophthalmology,Peking Union Medical College Hospital in Beijing,China.I am writing this letter to present an unusual case of Burkholderia cepacia endophthalmitis.Burkholderia cepacia[Burkholderia cepacian complex(Bcc)]is a group of genetically unique Gram-negative bacilli with similar phenotypes,belonging to the genus pseudomonas,which is widely found in water,soil and plants.
