基于倾角传感器的立井井筒安全监测系统设计与应用 被引量:1

Design and application of shaft safety monitoring system based on tilt angle sensor

摘要 随着矿山开采时间的推移,井筒发生偏斜和破裂的风险会逐渐增大,直接影响矿山安全和正常生产,因此必须建立对立井井筒受力及变形的长期监测。以张集矿主井井筒为研究对象,提出了采用倾角传感器测量井筒偏斜量,光纤光栅应变传感器测量井筒受力状态的井筒安全监测方法,为井筒长期服役的安全性提供了基础判据。 With the increase in mining duration,the risk of deflection and fracture of the shaft gradually rises,which directly affects the safety and normal production of the mine.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the long-term monitoring for the stress state and the deformation of the shaft.Taking the shaft of Zhangji Colliery as the research object,the paper proposed the safety monitoring method of measuring the shaft deflection with tilt angle sensor and measuring the stress state of the shaft with fiber grating strain sensor,which offered the basic criterion for the safety of the shaft in long-term service.
