矿石颗粒在立轴式破碎机叶轮内的运动状态分析

摘要 矿石颗粒在叶轮内的加速是极其复杂的过程,很难使用公式来描述,通过EDEM软件仿真矿石颗粒在立轴式破碎机叶轮内的加速过程,得到了叶轮转速与颗粒抛射速度的对应关系,以及叶轮内颗粒的运动分布状态,对优化设计叶轮具有指导意义。 The acceleration of mineral particles inside the impeller is an extremely complex process,which is difficult to describe with formulas.In the paper,the acceleration process of mineral particles inside the impeller of the vertical-shaft crusher was simulated by EDEM software,the relationship between the rotary speed of the impeller and the projectile speed of particles was achieved,and the motion state of the particles inside the impeller was obtained also.The results were of guidance for the optimization design of relevant parameters of the impeller.
