矿用红外热成像摄像仪的研究与应用 被引量:3

Research and application of mine-used infrared thermal imaging camera

摘要 煤矿井下电气设备环境复杂,而井下火源又具有较强的隐蔽性,火灾事故占煤矿灾害事故的90%以上。通过研究红外热成像、本安技术和矿用5G通信模组,设计了适用于煤矿井下的矿用本安型红外热成像摄像仪。井下现场测试表明,矿用本安型5G经处热成像摄像仪可以对监测设备的发热点进行全方位清晰反映,测温灵敏度达到50 mK,测温误差<±0.42%,实现了煤矿井下隐性火区分布、火源位置的监测,对井下火灾隐患的排除及日常巡检具有重要意义。 The fire source in underground mines has strong concealment,and the fire accidents account for more than 90%of disasters in the colliery.After the research on the infrared thermal imaging technology and mine-used 5G communication module,a kind of intrinsically safe 5G infrared thermal imaging camera suitable for colliery underground was developed.Field test in colliery underground showed:the camera reflected the hot spots of the monitored equipment in an all-round way with temperature measuring sensitivity reaching 50 mK and temperature measuring error being less than±0.42%,thus the monitoring of the distribution of hidden fire area and the location of fire source was realized,which was of great significance for the elimination of underground fire disaster and the daily inspection.
