The Influence of DORST-15HS Press Stroke Ratio on Dimensional Precision of Positive Insert

摘要 为了提高正角刀片的尺寸精度,本文通过对DORST-15HS压机的压制过程进行分析,结合正角刀片不同区域的压缩比差异,提出了通过行程比的调节来减小尺寸变形的控制方法。通过压制实验,验证了行程比对正角刀片尺寸精度的影响。结果表明,行程比变化对正角刀片尺寸精度的影响对于不同混合料具有普适性;随着行程比的增加,正角刀片对角线总长相对变长、后角变大、边的平直度由外凸向内凹变化;行程比为50%时,实验正角刀片的中心区域和周边区域压缩比相同,产品变形也最小。 In order to improve the dimensional precision of the positive insert, this paper analyzed the pressing process of DORST-15 HS press, combined with the difference of the compression ratio in different areas of the positive insert, and put forward a control method to reduce the dimensional deformation by adjusting the stroke ratio. The influence of the stroke ratio on the dimension precision of the positive insert was verified by pressing experiment. The results show that the influence of the change of stroke ratio on the dimension precision of the positive insert is universal for different mixed powder. With the increase of the stroke ratio, the diagonal line length of the positive insert becomes longer, the relief angle of the positive insert becomes lager, and the flatness of edges of the positive insert changes from convex to concave. When the stroke ratio is 50%,the compression ratio of the center area of the positive insert is the same as that of the surrounding area, and the product deformation is the minimum.
