蛋黄与大豆卵磷脂对高脂饲料大鼠肝脏脂肪酸谱的影响

EFFECTS OF EGG AND SOY PHOSPHOLIPIDS ON HEPATIC FATTY ACID PROFILE IN RATS FED HIGH-FAT DIET

摘要 目的以体重、脏器指数、甘油三酯水平以及肝脏脂肪酸谱为观测指标,探究蛋黄卵磷脂与大豆卵磷脂对高脂血症大鼠肝脏脂肪酸谱变化的治疗作用。方法将24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂模型组、蛋黄卵磷脂干预组(Egg-PL)和大豆卵磷脂干预组(Soy-PL)。比较分析大豆卵磷脂与蛋黄卵磷脂以及其复配饲料中脂肪酸的含量,监测实验期间大鼠每日体重增长情况、血清与肝脏中甘油三酯(TG)的含量、脏器指数和肝脏脂肪酸谱。结果相较于对照组,摄入高脂饲料大鼠体重增长速度增加,体重增加总量极显著增大(P<0.001),肝脏指数(Liver index,LI)与腹部脂肪指数(Adiposeindex,AI)显著增加(P<0.05),脂肪酸谱发生改变;Egg-PL组降低了增长速度,Soy-PL组提升增长速度;Egg-PL组与Soy-PL组均降低了LI、血清和肝脏中TG的含量(P<0.05);正交偏最小二乘法分析发现Egg-PL与Soy-PL干预后抑制了肝脏脂肪酸谱中C18:0,C18:1N9C,C22:6NS的改变。结论不同源的卵磷脂都能够对高脂饮食引起的高脂血症大鼠体重变化、脂质代谢紊乱、肝脏脂肪酸谱起到保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of egg yolk or soy-derived phospholipids on lipids metabolism in rats fed a high-fat diet.Methods Twenty four male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:control,high-fat model,high-fat diet with egg yolk phospholipids(Egg-PL),and high-fat diet with soy bean phospholipids groups(Soy-PL).Rats were fed one of the 4 diets by pair-feeding for 4 weeks.Daily weight gain,triglyceride(TG)content in serum and liver,organ index and liver fatty acid spectrum were measured.Results The body weight gain,liver index(LI),and abdominal fat index increased significantly in rats fed a high-fat diet compared with the control group.Rats fed both the Egg-PL and Soy-PL diets displayed significantly lower serum and hepatic TG,and LI levels compared with those observed in the high-fat model group(P<0.05).Partial least squares analyses found that the intervention of Egg-PL and Soy-PL significantly inhibited the changes of C18:0,C18:1 N9 C,C22:6 NS in the liver fatty acid profile.Conclusion Egg and soy phospholipids improve lipid metabolism disorders and liver fatty acid profile in rats fed a high-fat diet.
