口服维生素C对胎膜早破的影响:随机对照实验的Meta分析

摘要 目的采用Meta分析的方法确定维生素C补充和胎膜早破之间的关系。方法系统检索万方电子期刊数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、PubMed数据库、Web of Science数据库、SCOPUS数据库、Cochrane数据库,截至2019年10月1日收录的所有补充维生素C和胎膜早破的随机对照试验研究。采用stata11.0软件对各项纳入研究的相对危险度(RR)及其可信区间进行合并,并进行Meta分析。结果共检索到1565篇文献,纳入文献8篇,总样本量1392人,meta分析结果显示,随机效应模型合并RR值=0.359,95%CI=(0.222,0.58)。亚组分析结果显示,国内外研究文献亚组、JADAD质量评分>3分与≤3分亚组、是否有PROM既往史亚组、PROM类型亚组的合并效应RR值差异均具有统计学意义。无发表偏倚。结论与对照组相比,补充维生素C可以降低胎膜早破的发病率。 Objective To determine the relationship between vitamin C supplementation and premature rupture of membranes using meta-analysis.Methods The Wan fang electronic journal database,Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),PubMed database,Web of Science database,SCOPUS database,Cochrane database were searched for randomized controlled trials of VC supplementation and premature rupture of membranes or premature rupture of membranes published before October 1,2019.Stata11.0 software was used to analyze the relative risk(RR)and confidence interval of the included studies.Results Eight randomized controlled trials involving a total of 1392 women were included.Among them,692 received vitamin C supplementation during their pregnancy and 700 received placebo.The meta-analysis results showed that vitamin C supplementation was associated with reduced risk of premature rupture of membranes(relative risk 0.359,95%confidence interval 0.222,0.58).The results of the subgroup analysis showed that the RR values of the combined effects of the research literature subgroups at home and abroad,the JADAD quality score>3 and≤3 subgroups,the presence of the PROM history subgroup and PROM type subgroup were statistically significant.There was no publication bias.Conclusion Compared with the control group,VC supplementation was associated with reduced risk of premature rupture of membranes.
