水是人类赖以生存的重要资源,水质安全与否直接关系到人们生产和身体健康。对水质质量进行监测是合理、有效对水资源进行利用和保护的一项最为主要的基础工作,也是检验水质质量是否能够达到国家规定的标准,防止出现水污染情况,也是保护现有的水资源,为其提供科学有效的依据。对水质监测与管理对于保障水质的安全,维护人们根本利益有着非常重要的意义,在水环境管理工作中的作用越来越重要。文章根据辽宁省水资源情况进行水质的监测,并加强管理提高水质监测水平。

Water is an important resource for human survival.The safety of water quality is directly related to people’s production and health.Monitoring the water quality is the most important basic work for the rational and effective utilization and protection of water resources.It can also test whether the water quality can meet the national standards and prevent water pollution.In addition,it provides scientific and effective basis for the protection of existing water resources.Monitoring and management of water quality,which plays an increasingly important role in water environment management,is of great significance for ensuring the safety of water quality and safeguarding people’s fundamental interests.In the paper,water quality monitoring is carried out,and management is strengthened to improve the level of water quality monitoring according to the situation of water resources in Liaoning Province.
