水利工程运行管理中水资源浪费成因和对策

Causes and Countermeasures of Water Resources Waste in Operation and Management of Water Conservancy Projects

在中国城市化进程迅捷加快的今天,随之而来的人口数量与水资源短缺之间的矛盾愈演愈烈。水利工程作为民生工程、基建设施的地位所公认,但期间存在的水资源浪费问题也不可忽略。文章结合水利工程运行现况,就其运行管理阶段与水资源的可持续利用问题进行分析,并采取针对性措施加以改善,以为水资源可持续利用和促进社会经济、文化发展提供可行性借鉴。

As my country’s urbanization process accelerates rapidly,the contradiction between the population and the shortage of water resources is becoming more and more intense. The status of water conservancy projects as people’s livelihood projects and infrastructure facilities is recognized,but the problem of water waste during the period cannot be ignored. Based on the operation status of water conservancy project,this paper analyzes the sustainable use of water resources in the stage of its operation and management,and takes targeted measures to improve it,so as to provide a feasible reference for the sustainable use of water resources and the promotion of social,economic and cultural development.
