整合型卫生服务体系在军队卫勤保障中的应用探索

Application Exploration of Integrated Delivery System in Military Medical Support

目的探索整合军地医疗卫生服务资源的有效途径,以期有效应用于军队卫勤保障实践中。方法本研究参考地方"医联体"和"医共体"的改革经验,运用文献分析法,研究分析整合型医疗卫生服务体系(integrated delivery systems,IDS)在军队卫生服务体系中的需求和适配。结果加强军队卫生政策引导和支持;推动资源整合机制再创新;营造科学理性就医新文化是构建IDS的重要举措。结论大力推进军队构建IDS,对有效保障战斗力有着不可忽视的作用。

Objective To explore the effective ways to integrate military and civilian medical and health service resources,to apply the resources in military medical support practices.Methods The reform experience of the local"medical consortium"and"medical community"were consulted,the needs and adaptation of the integrated delivery systems(IDS)in the military health service system were studied and analyzed by using the literature analysis method.Results Strengthening the guidance and support of military health policies,promoting the re-innovation of resource integration mechanisms,and creating a new culture of scientific and rational medical treatment are important measures to build IDS.Conclusion Vigorously promoting the establishment of IDS in the army plays an important role in effectively guaranteeing combat effectiveness.
