摘要
商务区是城市中停车治理问题较显著的场所之一。开放式的密路网街区使道路停车问题易凸显,地上治理和地下规划需结合联动;用地功能复合使地块间的分时停车差异可用于停车共享。若要实现引导全区地下停车、整治路侧停车、相邻地块停车共享等理念,需从车位配建标准与供需分析、停车共享单元划分与诱导屏设置、车位布局与收费机制调整等方面构建停车规划与治理路径。本文对大望京商务区这一典型案例进行研究,为类似商务区提供借鉴。
The business district is one of the places where parking management is important and difficult in the city.The opening up gate and dense road system communities make road parking problem conspicuous.Therefore,the above-ground management and underground planning need to be collaborated.Meanwhile,the characteristic for multi-function blocks about different time parking can be explored for a time-sharing parking idea.To achieve the idea about underground parking guidance for whole district,managing roadside-parking and parking sharing for adjacent blocks,it is necessary to build a parking and management plan from public building vehicle parkinig space supply and demand analysis,time-sharing parking planning and parking guidance sign setting,the adjustment of parking space layout and charging mechanisms etc..This article selects Dawangjing Business District as a typical case study,which are worth using for reference for similar business districts planning in the future.
