The construction of high-standard farmland is the foundation for realizing land transfer,mechanized agricultural production,and the development of modernization agriculture,and is one of the necessary means to resolve many contradictions in agricultural development at this stage.Based on the actual situation of Keping Irrigation District in Aksu Prefecture,infrastructure construction such as irrigation and drainage engineering,road traffic engineering and farmland protection engineering in the project area will be implemented to improve the quality of arable land and the yield and quality of crops.This will speed up the income growth of the people in the project area,improve the ecological environment in the project area,and accelerate the construction of a new socialist countryside,so as to achieve a demonstration area of high-standard farmland construction with a perfect combination of economic,ecological and social benefits.
