Analysis on Construction Technology of Basic Water Conservancy Projects

在中国水利事业现代化发展的过程中,重建设轻管理的问题非常严重,在基层水利建设数量日渐增加的过程中,为发挥基层水利在农业经济方面的带动作用,各个地区都应该结合基层水利工程的运行情况,加大技术方面的投入,应用先进的施工技术来解决基层水利施工和运营中的诸多问题,彻底改变基层水利工程的技术限制。基于此,首先介绍了一些常用的基层水利工程施工技术,其后重点以某工程为例,探析了关键的施工技术,有利于指导同类型施工作业。

In the course of the modernization of water conservancy in China,the problem of emphasizing construction and neglecting management is very serious.In the process of increasing the number of grass-roots water conservancy,each region should combine the operation situation of grassroots water conservancy projects and increase the input in technology,in order to play the leading role of grass-roots water conservancy in agricultural economy.At the same time,many problems in the construction and operation of grass-roots water conservancy projects would be solved by applying advanced construction technology,so as to completely change the technical restrictions of grass-roots water conservancy projects.Based on this,this paper first introduces some common construction techniques of grass-roots water conservancy projects.And then taking a project as an example,the operation and management strategies of grass-roots water conservancy projects are analyzed,which is helpful to guide similar construction operation.
