The key to implementation of water conservancy project with agent-construction system smoothly is to constantly improve the project management level of the construction units.Project post evaluation is an effective method to improve project management level and achieve continuous optimization,but there are still some shortcomings in practice.The application of the theory of constraints(TOC)is a method that can be used to develop various management techniques.By analyzing the shortcomings of TOC in improving project management,the advantages of TOC are introduced.The continuous optimization path of project management of agent construction unit is reconstructed.This path can effectively improve the management efficiency and market competitiveness of agent construction system units.
