郑州市地下空间开发适宜性评价及开发阈值研究

Study and Analysis on Suitability Evaluation and Development Threshold of Underground Space in Zhengzhou

科学开发城市地下空间对提高城镇化质量至关重要。郑州市地下空间开发利用现状缺乏系统的适宜性科学评价,基于AHP建立郑州市地下空间开发适宜性评价模型,并进行适宜性开发阈值研究。结果显示:郑州市地下空间开发适宜性分为非常适宜区、适宜区、一般适宜区和不适宜区4类,分析指出五一公园、陇海东路、南三环附近区域更适宜地下空间开发利用,西南地区适宜性较东北部地区更优。为郑州市地下空间的科学有序开发提供保障。

Scientific development of urban underground space is essential to improve the quality of urbanization.There is a lack of systematic scientific evaluation on the suitability of the development and utilization of underground space in Zhengzhou.Based on AHP,an evaluation model for the suitability of underground space development in Zhengzhou was carried out.and the threshold value of suitability development was studied.The results showed that the suitability of underground space development in Zhengzhou is divided into four categories:very suitable area,suitable area,general suitable area,and unsuitable area.Among them,the areas near Wuyi Park,Longhai East Road and Nansanhuan Road are more suitable for underground space development and utilization.The suitability of the southwest region is better than that of the northeast region.This study provides a guarantee for the scientific and orderly development of underground space in Zhengzhou.
