大石涧水库碾压混凝土大坝碾压工艺试验 被引量:2

摘要 进行现场碾压工艺试验研究,通过大坝碾压混凝土的施工工况模拟塑造,对试验碾压混凝土配合比的合理性进行验证,对施工过程中现场混凝土制备系统、运输系统和平仓、混凝土碾压机械等的运行适应性和可靠性进行验证,同时验证骨料分离控制措施、层面处理措施的可行性等。通过现场试验,对碾压混凝土拌和工艺及碾压施工参数(包括摊铺厚度、碾压遍数等)进行验证,对碾压混凝土质量控制标准和措施进行验证和确定。希冀为类似工程建设与管理有所裨益。 Through the simulation of the construction conditions of RCC,the rationality of the mix proportion of RCC is verified.The operation adaptability and reliability of the concrete preparation system,transportation system,leveling and concrete rolling machinery are verif-ied.At the same time,the feasibility of the aggregate separation control measures and the layer treatment measures are also verified.Through the field test,the mixing process and rolling construction parameters of roller compacted concrete are verified,which includes paving thickness,rolling times and so on,and the quality control standards and measures of roller compacted concrete are verified and determined.It is expected to be beneficial to the construction and management of similar projects.
