主动脉穿透性溃疡患者的性别差异及腔内治疗的疗效分析并文献复习

Gender difference in penetrating aortic ulcer,efficacy of endovascular surgery and literature review

目的探讨主动脉穿透性溃疡(PAU)患者的性别差异及腔内治疗疗效分析。方法选取2013年9月至2018年9月西南医科大学附属医院收治的60例PAU患者,统计性别、年龄、基础疾病及术后2年随访结果。结果60例患者中,男性45例(75.0%),女性15例(25.0%);男性年龄(65.43±10.67)岁,女性年龄(64.33±12.93)岁;成功随访41例,院外死亡3例(食管癌1例,心肌梗死1例,死亡原因不明1例);手术治疗19例,1例死于食管癌,18例生存;非手术治疗22例,1例死于心肌梗死,1例不明原因院外死亡,20例生存。随访到的32例男性患者中,有14例吸烟患者,占随访男性患者的43.75%。结论PAU患者中,男性患者的比例大于女性患者,血管腔内手术能够显著改善患者的预后和生活质量。

Objective To explore the gender difference in patients with penetrating aortic ulcers(PAU)and efficacy of endovascular surgery.Method A total of 60 patients with PAU admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from September 2013 to September 2018 were selected;gender,age,underlying diseases and 2-year follow-up results after surgery were summarized.Result There were 45 males(75.0%)and 15 females(25.0%)with(65.43±10.67)and(64.33±12.93)years of age,respectively;41 were successfully followed up,3 died outside the hospital(one case each died of esophageal cancer,myocardial infarction and unknown cause);there were 19 surgical treated cases(1 died of esophageal cancer and 18 survived)and 22 non-surgical treated cases(1 died of myocardial infarction,1 died outside the hospital for unknown cause and 20 survived);there were 14 smokers(43.75%)in 32 males followed-up.Conclusion Among patients with PAU,the proportion of male patients is greater than that of female patients;endovascular surgery can significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
