生产力与生产关系辩证统一视角下的现代化经济体系建设

The Construction of Modern Economic System from the Perspective of Dialectical Relationship between Productivity and Production Relations

唯物史观视域下考察经济体系应将生产力和生产关系相结合。生产力和生产关系的辩证运动关系,既包括生产力的决定性作用,也包括生产力决定生产关系过程中人的主观能动作用,以及生产关系对于生产力的反作用中生产关系在一定限度内所起的推动作用。从这一马克思主义基本原理出发,审视当前现代化经济体系建设,需要高度重视生产关系对经济发展的能动作用。因此,现代化经济体系的建设需要遵循社会主义方向,坚持公有制经济的主体地位,需要建立科学的宏观调控体系,以及处理好政府与市场、实体经济与金融、国内国际双循环的关系,坚持走共同富裕道路。

Analyzing economic system under historical materialism requires as to combine productivity with production relations together.The dialectical relationship between productivity and production relations includes not only the decisive role of productivity,but also the subjective initiative of human beings in the process of productivity determining production relations,and the decisive role of production relations within a certain limit in the reaction of production relations to productivity.Starting from this basic principle of historical materialism,we need to attach great importance to the dynamic role of modern production relations in economic development in the current construction of modern economic system.The construction of the modern economic system needs to follow the socialist direction,adhere to the dominant position of the public ownership economy,establish a scientific macro-control system,deal with the relationship between the government and the market,the real economy and finance,domestic and international double cycle,and adhere to the road of common prosperity.
