摘要
教师是落实立德树人的关键力量,推进大中小学思想政治理论课教师队伍一体化建设是新时代思想政治理论课内涵式发展的必经之路。新时代背景下,应注重思想政治理论课教师队伍素质、配备、培训和互动方面的一体化建设,构筑思想政治理论课教师队伍素质的协同高度、打造教师配备的标准梯度、实现教师培训的同频进度、营造教师互动的共振频度,以大中小学思想政治理论课教师队伍一体化实践路径构建推动思想政治理论课创新发展。
Teachers are the key force to implement moral education.Promoting the integration of ideological and political education teachers in primary,secondary and tertiary schools is the only way to promote the connotative development of ideological and political education in the new era.Under the background of the new era,the imbalance of ideological and political course teachers’quality training,equipment deficit,lack of training and interaction have become the main obstacles to the connotative development of ideological and political course teachers.In this regard,we must pay attention to the integrated construction of the quality,equipment,training and interaction of ideological and political course teachers,build the collaborative height of the quality of ideological and political course teachers,create the standard gradient of teacher equipment,realize the same frequency progress of teacher training,and create the resonance frequency of teacher interaction,so as to promote the construction of the integrated practice path of ideological and political course teachers in the new era innovation-driven development.
