摘要 Eptinezumab-jjmr是由灵北公司开发的一种单克隆抗体,可阻断降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)与其内源性受体结合,从而预防偏头痛的发作。2020年2月21日,美国食品药品管理局(FDA)批准Eptinezumab-jjmr用于成人偏头痛的预防性治疗。本文对Eptinezumab-jjmr的药理作用与机制、药物代谢动力学、临床疗效评价、安全性评价及用法用量等进行综述。
