“妈妈班”在预防接种宣传教育方面应用分析

Analysis on application of "mother class" in vaccination publicity and education

目的探讨"妈妈班"在预防接种宣传教育方面的应用及效果。方法 2019年4~8月采取单纯随机抽样方法,以调查问卷的方式,在福州市5城区48家规范化预防接种门诊中随机选择10家已开展"妈妈班"和10家未开展"妈妈班"的规范化预防接种门诊开展调查。结果调查1 500人,共1 477份有效问卷,家长对疫苗接种知识的知晓人数852人(57.68%)。参加"妈妈班"296人,知晓240人(81.08%),未参加"妈妈班"1 181人,知晓612人(51.82%)(P<0.05)。家长获取疫苗接种知识的主要途径是通过接种医生(60.32%)。家长对国家疫苗的信任数1 248人(84.50%),其中参加"妈妈班"信任率为89.19%(264/296),未参加"妈妈班"信任率为51.82%(984/1 181)(P<0.05)。结论参加"妈妈班"在提高家长对疫苗接种知识的知晓率以及国家疫苗的信任度有正向助力,但"妈妈班"这类宣传教育方式开设偏少。

Objective To explore the application and effects of "mother class" health education model in children vaccination. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted using simple random sampling method among 48 standardized vaccination clinics in 5 urban areas of Fuzhou city from April to August, 2019.A total of 10 clinics with mother classes and 10 clinics without mother classes were selected at random. Results A total of 1 500 people were surveyed and 1 477 valid questionnaires were collected.The number of parents who knew about vaccination knowledge was 852(57.68%).There were 296 people participated in the mother class, 240 people(81.08%) were known, 1 181 people did not participate in the mother class, and 612 of them were known(51.82%)(P<0.05).The main way for parents to obtain vaccination knowledge was through vaccination doctors(60.32%).The number of parents’ trust in the national vaccine was 1 248(84.50%).Among them, the confidence rate in participating in the mother class was 89.19%(264/296),and the trust rate in the non-participating class was 83.32%(984/1 181)(P<0.05). Conclusion Participation in the mother class can improve parents’ awareness of vaccination knowledge and trust of the national vaccine.However, such publicity and education methods as mother’s classes are rarely offered and further popularization is required.
