摘要
以单叶省藤为研究对象。采用X射线衍射仪和热重分析法研究了藤材在不同热处理工艺(处理温度160℃、180℃、200℃,控温时间2h、4h)下的002晶面衍射峰位置、结晶度以及热分解过程的变化。研究发现,在不同热处理工艺条件下单叶省藤结晶区没有明显变化;其结晶度随热处理温度的升高和持续温度时间的延长呈上升趋势,200℃、2h条件下达到最大值;不同热处理工艺下的单叶省藤热分解机理基本相同,但分解温度存在一定的差异,蒸汽热处理后单叶省藤材的热稳定性得到提高。
Calamus simplicifolius was used in the research.X-ray diffractometer and thermogravimetric analysis were used to study the Changes of 002 crystal plane diffraction peak position,crystallinity and thermal analysis of rattan under different heat treatment processes(treatment temperature 160℃,180℃,200℃,temperature control time 2h,4h)in the decomposition process.There was no obvious change in the crystallization area of rattan under different heat treatment processes;its crystallinity increases with the increase of heat treatment temperature and the extension of the continuous temperature time,reaching the maximum value at 200℃,2h;different heat treatment processes The thermal decomposition mechanism of the rattan is basically the same,but the decomposition temperature is different,and the thermal stability of the rattan is improved after steam heat treatment.
