摘要
提出中国胶合板工业应该按着大中小并举的原则发展生产线,建议小规模和中型生产线以人工干燥为主,机械干燥为辅;大型生产线以机械干燥为主。30万m^(3)/a生产线采用连续平压机压制薄胶合板,最好采用多组并联的卧式多层压机;8万m^(3)/a左右的生产线采用连续大平面多组单层压机,最好采用一组卧式多层压机;2万m^(3)/a的生产线仍采用多层压机。2万m^(3)/a生产线的备料工段是独立建厂。8万m^(3)/a生产线要有一条2万m^(3)/a备料生产线和2万m^(3)/a的机械干燥生产线,30万m^(3)/a以上的胶合板生产线属于大规模工业化生产。提出中型胶合板备料自动化智能生产需要解决的问题。提出中型胶合板备料自动化生产线的总体布局。提出中型胶合板备料自动化生产线备料工段的主要设备设计要求。
This paper puts forward that China’s plywood industry should develop production line according to the principle of developing large,medium and small enterprises simultaneously,small and medium-sized production lines are mainly artificial drying,supplemented by mechanical drying,large-scale production lines are mainly mechanical drying.The continuous flat press is used for the production line of 300000m^(3)/a to press the thin plywood,and multi group parallel horizontal multi-layer press is preferred;the continuous large plane multi group single-layer press is used for the production line of about 80000 m^(3)/a,and a group of horizontal multi-layer press is preferred;the multi-layer press is still used for the production line of 20000 m^(3)/a,the material preparation section of the 20000 m^(3)/a production line is built independently.There should be a 20000m^(3)/a material preparation production line and a 20000m^(3)/a mechanical drying production line for the 80000m^(3)/a production line,and the plywood production line with more than 300000m^(3)/a belongs to large-scale industrial production.The problems that need to be solved in the automatic intelligent production of medium-sized plywood are put forward.The overall layout of the automatic production line for medium-sized plywood is put forward.The main equipment design requirements of the material preparation section of medium-sized plywood automatic production line are put forward.
