北方林业造林质量提升关键措施

Discussion on the key measures to improve the quality of afforestation in Northern China

林业资源是生态系统建设的主体,具有调节生态平衡、防风固沙、涵养水源、改善气候环境的作用,对社会经济的健康发展具有重要作用。我国在恢复和重建林业生态系统方面取得一定成绩,但在造林质量上存在一定问题,基于此,探讨了我国北方林业造林中存在的问题,并阐述了提升造林质量关键措施,以期为提升北方林业造林质量提供科学依据。

Forestry resources are the main body of ecosystem construction,which have the functions of regulating ecological balance,preventing wind and sand,conserving water resources and improving climate environment,and it plays an important role in the healthy development of social economy.China has made some achievements in the restoration and reconstruction of forestry ecosystem,but there are some problems in afforestation quality.Based on this,the paper discusses the problems existing in forestry afforestation in Northern China,and expounds the key measures to improve the quality of afforestation,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of forestry in Northern China.
