摘要
介绍了TMCP钢对超声波检测过程中造成的影响,并通过多种实验对比,解决了以下2个问题:对于TMCP钢由于晶粒特殊造成的声速变化,确定如何修正声速,保证焊缝超声波检测缺陷定位准确;确定对TMCP材料的衰减测定方法,精确焊缝超声波检测缺陷定量及判定的修正。
This thesis introduces the influence of TMCP steels on the ultrasonic testing process,and through a variety of experimental comparison,to solve the following items:TMCP steels due to the special grain caused the change of acoustic velocity,determine how to correct the velocity,to ensure accuracy locate the welded defect by ultrasonic testing;determine the attenuation measurement method of TMCP material,and how to correct the sizing method for defect,weldments are ensured accurately to ultrasonic testing.
