工业园区公共事故池现状调研研究

Investigation and Suggestion on Status Quo of Public Accident Pools in Industrial Parks

摘要 通过对海河流域、太湖流域工业园区公共事故池调研,发现行业主导型园区和综合型园区公共事故池的建设比例分别达到35%和41%。化工园区公共事故池建设比例最高,达到54%,其次是石化园区,为40%。工业园区公共事故池容积设计标准参差不齐,与园区规模、污水处理厂日处理规模等无明显联系。81%的园区公共事故池选择建设在污水处理厂内部,以便于事故废水处置。 Through the investigation of the public accident pools in the industrial parks of Haihe River Basin and Taihu Lake Basin,it is found that the construction proportion of public accident pools in industry-led parks and comprehensive parks reaches 35%and 41%respectively.The construction of public accident pools in chemical parks has the highest proportion,reaching 54%,followed by petrochemical parks with 40%.The design standards for the volume of public accident pools in industrial parks are uneven and have no obvious relationship with the scale of the parks and the daily treatment scale of the sewage treatment plants.81%of the public accident pools in the parks are built in the sewage treatment plants to facilitate the disposal of accident wastewater.
