改性多孔石固载菌群对黑臭废水的净化研究

摘要 本研究针对目前处理黑臭水治理过程中存在的效率低、成本高等一系列问题,进行了高效降解菌群的筛选,然后以多孔石材为固定化载体经过改性后附着降解菌群,以实现黑臭水体的降解处理。结果表明,所筛选的菌群的主要构成为Microbacterium和Vibrionimonas。通过热处理及化学复合改性后制备天然菌群的固定化载体,将固载菌群用于处理模拟黑臭废水,实验结果表明当pH为7,时间为72 h,温度为30℃,转速160 rpm此时处理效果最优,氨氮降解率达到100%,COD降解率达到97.5%。 Aiming at a series of problems existing in the treatment of black and odorous water,such as low efficiency,high cost,etc.,high-efficiency degradation bacteria were screened,and then porous stone was used as immobilized carrier to attach degradation bacteria after modification,so as to realize the degradation treatment of black and odorous water.The results showed that the main components of the screened flora were Microbacterium and Vibrionimonas.Immobilized carrier of natural flora was prepared by heat treatment and chemical compound modification,and the immobilized flora was used to treat simulated black and odorous wastewater.The experimental results showed that the optimal treatment conditions were pH 7,time 72 h,temperature 30℃and rotating speed 160 rpm,with ammonia nitrogen degradation rate reaching 100%and COD degradation rate reaching 97.5%.
