微波消解不同酸体系对土壤中重金属测定的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究5种不同的酸消解体系对土壤样品中重金属的测定影响,采用微波消解-ICP-OES法测定2种标准土壤样品重金属含量。通过比较试验测定值和标准值,以准确度和精密度、加标回收率为依据,进而探究出酸溶消解法前处理土壤样品的最优消解方法。结果表明HNO_(3)+HF+H_(2)O_(2)酸体系微波消解土壤,土壤样品消解完全且效果最佳,土壤标准物质的测定值与标准值吻合,加标回收率均在93.0%~101.5%范围内,测定结果的准确度和精密度最高。 In order to study the effects of five different digestion system on the determination of heavy metals in soil samples,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was applied to measure heavy metals in two soil standard samples pretreated by acid digestion methods.Based on the accuracy,precision and spiked recoveries,the paper explores the best acid digestion method by comparing the measured value of the experiment with the standard value of soil standard sample.The results show that the soil samples was dissolved completely with best effects using HNO_(3)+HF+H_(2)O_(2) acid digestion system.The determination results of soil standard sample were consistent with the standard values and the recovery ranged between 93.0%~101.5%,the accuracy and precision of soil samples are the highest.
