摘要
高潜水位采煤沉陷区生态修复,对改善区域生态环境和人居环境质量、推动资源枯竭型城市绿色转型发展具有重要意义。基于高潜水位采煤沉陷区生态修复工程实践,提出了采煤沉陷区在地质安全、生态系统、环境质量和社会经济等方面问题识别的技术要点,在遵循生态优先、统筹协调、因地制宜和绿色发展的基本原则基础上,从地质安全、地形重塑、土壤重构、植被重建和功能提升等方面构建了生态修复技术体系,为推进采矿废弃地生态修复提供技术参考依据。
Ecological restoration of mining subsidence area with high groundwater level is of great significance to improve the quality of regional ecological environment and human settlements,and promote the green transformation and development of resource exhausted cities.Based on the practice of ecological restoration engineering in mining subsidence area with high groundwater level,the technical points of identification of geological safety,ecosystem,environmental quality and socio-economic problems in mining subsidence area are put forward.On the basis of following the basic principles of ecological priority,overall coordination,adaptation to local conditions and green development,the ecological restoration technology system was constructed from the aspects of geological safety,terrain reconstruction,soil reconstruction,vegetation reconstruction and function improvement,which provided technical reference for promoting the ecological restoration of mining wasteland.
