生脉养心汤联合西药治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者心力衰竭的疗效观察

Efficacy of Shengmai Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine for heart failure in patients with advanced malignant tumors

目的探讨生脉养心汤联合西药治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月间湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的90例晚期恶性肿瘤合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法进行分组,采用常规西药治疗的45例患者纳入对照组,采用常规西药联合生脉养心汤治疗的45例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者的中医症状积分情况及心功能指标变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组中医症状积分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)为(48.14±1.78)%,高于对照组的(43.47±1.89)%,左心室收缩末期内径及左心室舒张末期内径均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论对晚期恶性肿瘤合并心力衰竭患者,采用生脉养心汤联合西药治疗,其症状得到显著改善,心功能显著提升,具临床使用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of heart failure in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods Ninety patients with advanced malignant tumors and heart failure who were admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from December 2018 to December 2020. They were classified into two groups with 45 cases in each group. Patients receiving Shengmai Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine were included in an observation group and patients receiving conventional were included in a control group. Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) symptom scores and the changes in heart function indicators were compared the two groups. Results After the treatment,the TCM symptom scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). the observation group after treatment The left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF) was( 48. 14 ± 1. 78) %,which was significantly higher than that( 43. 47 ± 1. 89) % of the control group. The left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were significantly smaller in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion For patients with advanced malignant tumors and heart failure,Shengmai Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine have been significantly relieved symptoms and improved heart function,which is of great clinical significance.
