基于微信公众号的智能化随访系统在肺癌患者中的应用

Use of WeChat-official account-based artificial intelligence-assisted follow-up system in patients with lung cancer

目的研究基于微信公众号的智能化随访系统在肺癌患者的应用。方法选取2019年11月至2020年12月间上海中医药大学附属普陀医院收治的114例肺癌作为研究对象,根据患者出院后随访方式分组,接受基于微信公众号的智能化随访系统随访的58例患者纳入观察组,接受常规随访的56例患者纳入对照组。比较两组患者随访1年时患者健康促进生活方式(HPLP)得分和患者生活质量。比较两组患者失访率、按时来院复查率以及平均每医务工作人员完成每例患者随访所用时间。结果相比于对照组,观察组HPLP得分显著更高;相比于对照组,观察组生活质量得分显著更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组失访率为1.7%,低于对照组的16.1%;按时来院复查率98.3%,高于对照组的80.4%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组每位医务工作人员完成每例患者随访所用时间显著短高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信公众号的智能化随访系统在肺癌患者的应用效果较高,能够明显提高患者健康促进生活方式、生活质量以及按时来院复查率,明显降低失访率以及缩短每位医务工作人员完成每例患者随访所用时间。

Objective To study the application of We Chat-official account-based artificial intelligence-assisted follow-up system in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 114 patients with lung cancer admitted to Putuo Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected.According to the follow-up methods after discharge,they were divided into an observation group(58 patients)and a control group(56 patients).Patients in the observation group received We Chat-official account-based artificial intelligence-assisted follow-up system,and patients in the control group received conventional follow-up.The health promoting lifestyle profile(HPLP)scores and the quality of life were compared between the two groups over the one-year follow-up.The loss to follow-up rate,the rate of regular hospital visits and time needed to complete follow-up one patient for a doctor were compared.Results Compared with the control group,HPLP score and quality of life score were significantly high in the observation group(P<0.05).The loss to follow-up rate was 1.7%which was lower than 16.1%of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of regular hospital visits was 98.3%in the observation group than 80.4%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time taken by each doctor to complete one patient follow-up was significantly short(P<0.05).Conclusion We Chatofficial account-based artificial intelligence-assisted follow-up system shows high efficacy in lung cancer patients,which can significantly improve patients’healthy lifestyle,quality of life,and rate of regular hospital visits,significantly reduce rate of loss to follow-up,and shorten the time needed to complete each individual’s follow-up.
