摘要
蝙蝠能携带多种病毒,并且是唯一会飞的哺乳动物,能进行远距离飞行,非常容易将病毒传播给人和其他动物。蝙蝠作为多种人兽共患病病毒的自然宿主,近10年来研究发现,许多新发传染病病原都与蝙蝠有关。蝙蝠携带的呼肠孤病毒具有独特的分节段双链RNA,易发生病毒间重组,引起致病力改变,是具有潜在危害的蝙蝠源病毒。以往认为人感染该病毒呈现无症状或症状轻微,但近年发现呼肠孤病毒能导致一些严重的人类疾病。本文就蝙蝠携带的呼肠孤病毒的病毒特点、演化发展及其致病性进行概述。
Bats can carry a variety of viruses and are the only mammals that can fly.They can fly long distances and are very easy to spread viruses to humans and other animals.Bats are the natural hosts of many zoonotic viruses.In the past ten years,it has been found that many new infectious disease pathogens are related to bats.The reovirus carried by bats has a unique segmented double-stranded RNA,which is prone to recombination between viruses and causes changes in pathogenicity.It is a potentially harmful bat-derived virus.In the past,it was thought that people infected with the virus were asymptomatic or had mild symptoms,but in recent years it has been discovered that reovirus can cause serious human diseases.This review article summarizes the virus characteristics,evolution,and pathogenicity of reoviruses currently found in bats.
