丹参药渣的功能组分及体外抗氧化活性 被引量:4

Antioxidative component in Salvia miltiorrhiza residues and their in vitro antioxidant activity

摘要 丹参是我国的大宗中药材品种之一,年产量近2万t。我国丹参中成药的制备常采用水浸丹参,对经水浸提加工后的丹参药渣开展功能组分研究,有助于丹参药材物尽其用。结果表明:丹参药渣中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的占比分别为19.5%、20.8%和16.8%,可溶性还原糖和蛋白质含量较低,1 g丹参药渣中总丹参酮为4.90 mg(丹参酮Ⅱ_(A) 2.38、丹参酮I 1.44、隐丹参酮0.61和二氢丹参酮0.47 mg);以ABTS^(+)·、DPPH·自由基清除、铁氰化钾法测总还原力以及·OH清除等为对象评价功能组分的抗自由基活性,最后发现丹参药渣的乙醇提取物比水提取物具有更好的抗氧化活性。 Salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen)is one of the main Chinese medicinal materials in China,with an annual output of nearly 20000 tons.The preparation steps of Danshen involve usually extraction by boiling water.There are still many effective substances in Danshen residues.To make full use of Danshen,we analyzed the components in Danshen residue and assessed their in vitro antioxidant activity.The proportion of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin in Danshen residue was 19.5%,20.8%and 16.8%,respectively.The total tanshinone components in 1 g Danshen residue reached 4.90 mg,containing tanshinone Ⅱ_(A) 2.38 mg,tanshinone I 1.44 mg,cryptotanshinone 0.61 mg and dihydrotanshinone 0.47 mg.To investigate the radical scavenging activity of Danshen residues,reaction systems of 2,2′-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid(ABTS),1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH·)and hydroxyl radical were used.The results show that the ethanol ultrasonic extracts from Danshen residue had higher antioxidant activity than the water ultrasonic extracts.
