青少年骨肉瘤病人创伤后成长的质性研究

Qualitative study on post-traumatic growth of adolescent patients with osteosarcoma

目的:探讨青少年骨肉瘤病人经历癌症创伤后成长的体验和经历,为进一步促进青少年癌症病人创伤后成长干预措施的制定和提高生活质量提供参考依据。方法:对10例12~20岁的青少年骨肉瘤病人进行半结构式访谈,使用Colaizzi现象学的研究方法对访谈结果进行分析。结果:得出青少年骨肉瘤病人创伤后成长的3个主要主题:改变对生命价值的看法,把健康作为生活的重心;个人力量的增强,内心变得成熟;重视亲情,和家人关系更亲密和谐。结论:青少年骨肉瘤病人在抗击癌症斗争中存在创伤后成长。医务人员应给予青少年癌症病人更多的关注,积极促进其创伤后成长。

Objective:To explore the experience of post-traumatic growth of cancer adolescent patients with osteosarcoma,and to provide reference for the development of intervention measures for post-traumatic growth and the improvement of life quality in adolescent patients with cancer.Methods:Semi-structured interviews were conducted on 10 adolescent patients with osteosarcoma aged from 12 to 20 years.Colaizzi phenomenology was used to analyze the results of the interviews.Results:Three major themes of post-traumatic growth in adolescent patients with osteosarcoma were identified,including changing our view of the value of life and putting health at the centre of our lives;The increase of personal strength,the heart becoming more mature;attaching great importance to family love and having a more intimate and harmonious relationship with family.Conclusions:Adolescent osteosarcoma patients had post-traumatic growth in their fight against cancer.Medical staff should pay more attention to adolescent cancer patients and actively promote their post-traumatic growth.
