摘要
近年来我国油田开发以深井、超深井为主,存在钻井成本高、机械钻速慢等问题,PDC钻头的黏滑效应是导致这些问题的主要原因,为此,研制出一种新型钻井提速工具——复合式扭力冲击器。工具内部独特的流道结构可以将钻井液的流体能量转换成高频的、周期性的扭转和轴向冲击力,抑制PDC钻头的黏滑效应,使钻头由单一持续的扭转冲击破岩转变为扭转和轴向冲击相结合破岩。复合式扭力冲击器在吉林油田J1井(营城组营四段)和J2井(营城组营一段)进行了现场试验。现场试验结果表明,复合式扭力冲击器能有效保护钻头,在较硬地层中提速效果更明显。
The oilfield exploitation recent years in China is dominated by deep or ultra-deep wells,thus existed issues of high drilling cost and slowrate of penetration.The stick-slip effect of PDC bit is the main causation of the issues.For this reason has developed a new type drilling rate accelerating tool—compound torsional impacter.Tool interior distinctive flow channel structure can convert drilling fluid energy into high frequency,periodic torsional and axial impact force to restrain stick-slip effect of PDC bit.It makes the bit simplex constant torsional impact rock-breaking changed into torsional and axial combined impact force rock-breaking.The site test of compound torsional impacter in the Jilin oilfield well J1(Yingcheng Formation Ying4th Member)and well J2(Yingcheng Formation Ying1st Member)have shown that the compound torsional impacter can protect drilling bit effectively;more obviously speed up rate of penetration in hard strata.
