摘要
随着我国关闭矿井数量逐年增加,对关闭矿井资源进行高效准确评估,实现关闭矿井转型升级,对煤炭行业发展乃至社会稳定具有重要战略意义。以陕西朱家河中型矿井为例,分析了关闭矿井地上/下资源特征及类型,提出了采用现场实测、探地雷达以及低空数据估算关闭矿井地上/下资源方法。研究表明:朱家河矿井井筒、大巷、井底车场及硐室可利用空间约为1.18×10^(5) m^( 3),井下残留煤柱资源量达5600万t,工业广场办公区、生产区、生活区以及辅助生产区空间容积达8.3×10^(8) m^( 3);通过与现场实测结果对比分析,验证了探地雷达以及低空数据在关闭矿井空间资源评估方面应用的可行性;预估了2030年全国关闭矿井的空间容积。探讨了朱家河关闭矿井地上/下资源转型发展新路径,如构建井下储气站、井下水库和污水处理厂,开发矿区新农业,建立地下空间疗养院以及井下残留煤炭资源流态化开采等,形成的矿井转型发展技术体系可为关闭矿山资源评估及转型发展提供借鉴。
With the number of closed mine has increased year by year in the country,efficient and accurate estimation for closed mine resources,to realize closed mine transformation and upgrade have strategic significance on coal industry development and even social stability.Taking a medium sized mine in the Zhujiahe,Shaanxi as example has analyzed closed mine surface and underground resource features and type;proposed closed mine surface and underground resources estimation method through site measurement,ground penetration radar and low altitude airborne survey data.The study has shown that the space available in Zhujiahe mine shaft,main roadway,pit-bottom and chambers have about 1.18×10^(5) m^( 3),residual coal pillar 56 million tons,surface installations administrative area,production area,living quarters and auxiliary production area spaces up to 8.3×10^(8) m^( 3).Through comparative analysis with site measured data has verified the feasibility of ground penetration radar and low altitude airborne survey data in closed mine space resources estimation,and estimated nationwide spatial volume in 2030.The study has also discussed Zhujiahe closed mine surface and underground resources transformation development new approaches,such as to establish underground gasholder,water reservoir and sewage plant;to develop mine area new agriculture,establish underground space sanatorium and underground residual coal resource fluidized mining etc.The formed mine transformation development technological system can provide reference for closed mine resources estimation and transformation development.
