新形势下开展入海排污口监测工作的思考

入海排污口是海洋污染的重要来源之一,做好入海排污口监测工作是掌握污染物入海状况的基础和前提。新形势下对入海排污口监测工作提出了新的要求,也使得入海排污口监测工作中一些问题凸显出来。针对入海排污口监测工作存在的问题,提出提高监测能力、完善自行监测与信息公开、建立智能管理系统等建议。

The sewage outlet to sea is one of the important sources of marine pollution.Monitoring of the discharge outlets is the basis and premise to grasp the situation of pollutants entering the sea.Under the new situation,there are new requirements to the monitoring work of sewage outlet into the sea,and some problems in the monitoring work of the sewage outlet to sea have been highlighted.In order to improve the monitoring work of the estuary,some suggestions are put forward,such as improving the monitoring ability,perfecting the self-monitoring and information disclosure,and establishing the intelligent management system.
