摘要
石油化工行业是我国挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放重点管控行业之一。石油化工行业12源项VOCs排放量核算方法较复杂且每种方法适用条件要求不同,通过对辽宁省重点石油化工行业VOCs排放量核算实例分析,梳理石油化工行业VOCs排放量审核要点,提出石油化工行业VOCs核算存在问题及在生态环境保护执法过程中VOCs排放量审核工作稽查、核查建议。
The petrochemical industry is one of the key industries of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) emission control in China. The accounting methods of 12 source VOCs emissions in petrochemical industry are complex and each method has different requirements,through the case analysis of VOCs emissions accounting of key petrochemical industry in Liaoning Province,the key points of VOCs emission audit in petrochemical industry were reviewed,and the problems existing in VOCs accounting in petrochemical industry were put forward,meanwhile the audit and verification suggestions on VOCs emissions in the process of ecological and environmental protection law enforcement were given.
