组织视角下高校辅导员队伍建设研究

高校辅导员作为职业发展的个体和组织发展的主体,在高校思想政治教育中发挥着重要作用,故此加强高校辅导员团队建设是促进高校思政工作质量与水平提升、落实立德树人根本任务、助力高校一流本科教育的基本举措。但在实际开展中,高校强调辅导员队伍的组织目标定位而弱化了个人发展目标,注重辅导员队伍的组织建设方法而忽视了个体培养方法,强调辅导员队伍整体建设与发展而忽略了个人需求,注重考核整体团队表现成效而淡化了个体实际表现。在新时代中国特色社会主义思想政治教育工作要求标准指导下,提升高校辅导员队伍建设质量是必由之路。高校要从个人与组织的关系角度出发,秉持个人组织的双重视角,对辅导员进行全新的认识和定位,兼顾个人与组织的目标、方法、发展与考核,达到高质量、高水平的辅导员队伍建设要求。

As the body of the individual and organizational development,college counselors play a role in ideological and political education.Strengthening the team building of college counselors is the measure to promote the quality.But in practice,universities emphasize the orientation of the organizational objectives of the counselors team while weakening the personal development goals;pay attention to the organizational construction methods of the counselors team while ignoring the individual training methods;emphasize the overall construction and development of the counselor team while ignoring personal needs;emphasize the evaluation of the overall team performance results while weakening individual actual performance.Under the requirements of the ideological and political education with Chinese characteristics,it is the only way to improve the construction quality of the college counselor team.Colleges should start from the relationship between individuals and organizations,adhere to the dual perspective of individual organizations,and make a new understanding and orientation of counselors,and take into account the objectives,methods,development and assessment of individuals and organizations to meet the requirements of high quality of counselor team construction.
