JAK抑制剂治疗系统性红斑狼疮研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)在我国是一种常见的慢性风湿免疫性疾病,可造成神经、血液、泌尿等全身多系统损害。糖皮质激素、细胞毒药物及免疫抑制剂是目前临床上最主要的SLE治疗药物,但这些药物靶向性较弱,且可导致各种毒副作用,在长期服用后减量或停药处理过程中可能存在高复发性等弊端[1]。SLE发病机制复杂,一般认为是多因性的,涉及遗传因素(如染色体畸变、基因突变、染色体数目异常)、环境因素(如紫外线,化学因素、饮食因素、感染因素和过敏原)等[2]。
