弹簧刚度对油阻尼脱扣器动态特性的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 油杯内反力弹簧刚度对油阻尼脱扣器的动作时间有显著影响,对弹簧刚度与动作时间的关系进行分析。首先建立脱扣器仿真分析模型,通过ADAMS对脱扣器动作过程进行研究分析。在已知弹簧刚度均值的基础上,用软件生成服从(0,1)平均分布的随机数,利用这些随机数将弹簧刚度转化为一组服从正态分布的数值进行分析得到脱扣时间,将弹簧刚度数值与脱扣时间进行线性回归处理,并进行了显著性分析。最后通过回归公式利用弹簧刚度预估了脱扣时间,为脱扣器的优化设计提供依据。 The value of the reaction spring stiffness in the release oil cup directly affects the action time of the release,the relationship between the two was analysed.The model of the release was established and the action of the release was analysed by ADAMS software.Based on the known mean value of spring stiffness,some random numbers of(0,1)average distributions were generated by software,and these numbers were used to transform the spring stiffness into a set of values obeying the normal distribution for analysing the release time.The spring stiffness and the release time were linearly regressed,meanwhile,the significance analysis was performed.Finally,the trip time was estimated by spring stiffness using regression formula,providing a basis for the optimal design of the release.
