摘要
基于多体动力学理论和MSC ADAMS软件平台,综合利用多刚体离散法及弹性元件替换法等建模方法,建立了适用于碰撞工况的整车多体简化模型。将其与对应的有限元精细模型分别进行50km/h速度下的正面碰撞仿真实验,两种模型B柱加速度及整车动能变化曲线一致,验证了多体简化模型建模方法的准确性和有效性。文中多体简化模型建模方法精度高、计算效率高及稳健性好,适用于碰撞工况的仿真分析,并具有能够快速分析和修改设计的特点,非常适用于整车早期开发设计阶段。
Base on multi-dynamics andMSC ADAMS,a simplified multi-body car model for crashing simulation was developed by using multi-rigid discrete method and elastic component replacement method.The frontal crash simulation experiment at 50 km/h was carried out with the corresponding finite element model.The two model B-pillar acceleration curves and the whole vehicle kinetic energy curves are consistent,which verifies the accuracy and modeling effectiveness of the multi-body simplified model.The multi-body simplified model modeling method in this paper has high precision,high computional efficiency and good robustness.It is suitable for the simulation analysis of vehicle crash conditions and has the characteristics of being able to quickly analyze and modify the design.It is very suitable for the early development and design stage of the whole vehicle.
